Probiotics for your Belly

Historically, we had plenty of probiotics in our diet from eating fresh foods from good soil and by fermenting our foods to keep them from spoiling.  However, today we use refrigeration and other agricultural techniques to preserve our foods.  These newer aged techniques not only do not harvest the growth of healthy bacteria in our bodies but sometimes contact antibiotics that can kill off the good bacteria in our bodies. Thus, we must add probiotic foods into our diet to make up for this.
