Stop Struggling

Parayogini Katie Silcox recently said that the only difference between an enlightened person and one that is not, is that an enlightened person no longer resists pain.  She says that there is an underlying thing that is living through our bodies and surrounding us and connecting us to one another that is intelligent and constantly working to teach us the lesson of: stop struggling.

Stop struggling.

Inside each and every one of us, there is something that is telling us that “it’s okay, stop struggling.”

Daily I work to allow this small voice to come out from deep within.  Some days it’s weaker than others, some days it’s very loud.  I challenge myself to be this enlightened person that is better than myself, who can accept the pain, who can stop struggling.
